On December 7, 2023, the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology announced the second batch of Zhejiang Province's Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative SMEs for the year 2023.

Since the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology first introduced the concept of "专精特新" in July 2011, it has always been widely regarded as the most authoritative and highest-level honorary title in the national SME evaluation work.
